bungalow to tudor

The task at hand was taking a 1950’s bungalow back in time into a 1920’s Tudor, but with modern conveniences to house a family of six. The total interior transformation involved adding 1000 square feet; living space, new kitchen, bedrooms and a new finished lower level, among many other things.

The exterior of the home used the existing structure and proportions and added dramatic gables, new color scheme and refurbished brick from an old Detroit factory to completely and efficiently overhaul the entire curb appeal. In the course of 4 months, the home was modernized on both the interior and exterior.
