Stately Brick Detailing

The task at hand for this project was driven to provide the client with a stately home with unique, clean brick and limestone detailing. This large, traditional home located on a corner lot in Birmingham, Michigan accomplishes just that.

The open floor plan with defined spaces separated by a nicely detailed archway and beams, maintains a nice symmetry from room to room. The main level spills out into a large, covered three-season room with fireplace and outdoor kitchen area. The main level space is divided among formal living room, dining, office, and kitchen with walk-in pantry adjacent to large family room. The main level laundry and mudroom next to the large two car garage and one car detached garage was a nice addition that improved the overall function of the home.

The upper level has 4 bedrooms with a stately private master suite and each of the additional bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom.
